Umbrella facilitates matching, scheduling, payment, communication, and video sessions. Clinical care is provided by independent practitioners.
Payment is required after a practitioner approves a booking. Cancellation and refund eligibility follow the policy shown during the booking and payment process.
Umbrella is not an emergency or crisis service. If there is a serious or immediate risk of harm, a practitioner or the platform may escalate to emergency contacts, services, or authorities where appropriate.
Clients must provide accurate booking and clinical-intake information. Sensitive information is shared only with authorized parties for care, safety, operations, or legal obligations.
